How do I order and activate my TapQR card?
Order your card and confirm through WhatsApp, create an account, set up your outlet, then activate the card. Open the guide below for step-by-step instructions.

Both PVC cards and acrylic standees include an NFC chip and QR in one medium, with a design customized for your business. The Business Package also includes Google Business Profile and review link setup, plus a business landing page with two revisions.
Is there a monthly fee?
The listed physical media prices are a one-time charge per unit. Shipping and additional services are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment. Domains are billed separately with annual renewal fees; package and dashboard service details are confirmed when ordering.
What if a customer's phone does not support NFC?
Customers can use their phone camera or QR scanner instead. NFC and QR provide two ways to open the destination configured on the TapQR medium.
Can I update links without reprinting?
For Social / Google Review cards, link destinations can be updated through the dashboard. WiFi QR codes that contain network credentials directly need reprinting if the network name or password changes. WiFi NFC tags also need to be updated separately.
Do I need an account before buying?
No. Enter your contact details and shipping address, then confirm the order on WhatsApp. You can check its status using the buyer's phone number through Check order. An account is used to manage cards after activation.
How do payment and shipping work?
Payment is confirmed manually with the admin on WhatsApp. The final price, shipping cost, and estimated production and delivery times are agreed before payment. Once shipped, the carrier and tracking number appear on the order tracking page.
Does the Business Package include a domain?
The Rp499.000 Business Package excludes a domain. Domains cost approximately Rp200–300k per year, and we help you choose and register one. Business Package + Domain starts at Rp799.000; offer details are confirmed on WhatsApp.
